Delete Your PunjabiCart Account

If you have an account in the PunjabiCart mobile app (Android package com.punjabicart.androidapp) and want to delete your account along with associated personal data, please email contact@punjabicart.com with the subject line "Delete my account", or use the contact form above.

To verify your identity, please include the email address or phone number registered with your account.

What will be deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
• Saved delivery addresses
• Wishlist items
• Push notification tokens (FCM)

What we retain (and why)

• Past order history and invoices — retained for tax and consumer-protection compliance as required by Indian law.
• Payment transaction records held by our payment gateway (CCAvenue) are governed by their separate retention policy.

Processing time

We will process verified account-deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.
