Frequently Asked Questions

Registeration is quite simple and easy. If you are willing to register before starting to place any order, you can just visit 'Create new account' form and submit the required details. You will require to validate your email address via a verification mail sent to you email address.

In case you are in between placing an order and at Checkout page, your account will be automatically created based on the details provided by you and a email will be sent with your new account details.

Please note valid email address facilitate timely order update notifications, promotional discounts and newsletters.

You can login to My Account section and click on "Edit Account Details" on the left pane and provide new password. You will need to enter your existing password also in the required section becasue of security reasons.

You can Click on Request New Password and provide your username/email id and further instructions will be sent to your mail id.

To place an order follow the below mentioned steps,

1. Click on the product you want to order.
2. Select the required details (if you want to buy T-shirt, select Size)
3. Click on Add to Cart.
4. Click on Checkout at the cart page.
5. Provide your contact details at checkout page.
6. Select a mode of payment.
7. once your payment is approved, your order will be placed followed by confirmation mail and we will ship you the product.

Please Login to My Orders section with the login credentials sent to you at the time of account creation to check the order status.

All orders usually ship within 2-3 working days after you place the order. However, sometimes orders get delayed due to stock unavailability. For your specific order, click My Orders to check the order status.

a) If you realize that the package is damaged before accepting the delivery, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us. 

b) If you have accepted the delivery, and then realized that the package is damaged, please feel free to get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the package. With an exception of a few merchandise we have a 14 days return / exchange policy. Please refer our Exchange/Return Policy for details

We take great care to deliver exactly what you ordered. However, sometimes orders may get mixed up. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery in case you have been delivered anything other than what you had ordered.

You can report this incident by writing to us at contact@punjabicart.com or provide your comments with full details of your address and PINCODE on feedback page . We will revert to you within 1 working day.

We currently deliver across India. In case your city is not in the network of our courier partner, we will ship through Speed Post or ordinary registered India Post Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

No, Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
